Employment Services

Mike

Career Solutions is a unique service provided by Cornerstone to assist adults with disabilities to find and keep jobs in the community.

Individuals who receive services from Career Solutions complete an initial assessment to determine skills and interests.  After the assessment, a person may be referred to a training site housed at a local business or may begin looking for a more permanent position.

Employer consultants are on hand to assist with writing resumes, interviewing, and adjusting to a new job.  In addition to employer-based training, in-house training options prepare participants for business and custodial skills jobs where qualified workers are in highest demand.
