The Illinois Department of Human Services requires new direct service professionals to have 40-hours of classroom training.

Cornerstone Services operates the Impact Training Center. Your staff can receive the training they need in a schedule that suits your agency’s needs.

Staff will train from a DHS-certified curriculum in a comfortable, modern environment.

Human Rights (4 hours)

Basic Health & Safety (15 hours )
Human Interaction & Communication (4 hours)
Service Plan Development (4 hours)
CPR (4 hours)

First Aid (4 hours)

            TOTAL: 48 hours

Aggression Management Techniques (8 hours)
QMRP Training (40 hours)

Complete 40-hour DSP training course, including materials, complimentary coffee and tea, and certificate of completion
