Staff Upload Portal

We love to get as many photos and videos as we can across the agency. Before uploading any image shere, please be sure of the following: 1.) You have permission from the individual to TAKE the photo or video. 2. ) You have permission to SHARE the photo or video. 3.) If we decide to use any of the images in a way that will be seen by the public, we would appreciate your help in securing a signed PHOTO RELEASE. These are available on the Intranet in each client's case file. If you can have a release signed before uploading the images, that's even better! 4.) After you successfully upload the photos and video, please DELETE them from your personal phone. 5.) Thank you for your help with this! We love to spread th eword about the amazing things that happen at Cornerstone!
